Nouat Naa
Facial Stimulotherapy

We created Nouat Naa in 2001, a technique inspired by lithotherapy (healing through stones) and Dien Cham, a Vietnamese reflexology method developed by Dr. Bui Quoc Chau. In Thai, Nouat Naa translates to "facial massage."

The Nouat Naa technique involves stimulating reflex zones on the face by combining the benefits of lithotherapy with the stimulation of acupuncture points.
By stimulating these vital points located on the face, it helps to unblock pathological conditions.

Professor Bui Quoc Chau discovered nearly 600 points on the face, making it the third most significant area of the body for reflexology, after the hands and feet.

The stones used in this practice have very specific, soothing, and relaxing vibrations. The cold sensation they transmit during the massage, when in contact with the skin, helps alleviate pain and reduce facial swelling. However, each stone has its own unique properties.

Another key aspect of the Nouat Naa technique is its use of creative visualization and the subconscious to optimize and accelerate results.

Creative visualization is the art of using mental imagery and affirmations to bring about positive changes in oneself or one's life. The subconscious is the part of our mind that works without our conscious awareness or intervention. It plays a role nine times greater than the conscious mind in controlling our body and achieving our goals. It manages all automatic functions, like keeping the heart beating at the appropriate rate for the current activity or enabling the healing of a wound or the relief of pain.

Simple and enjoyable to use, Nouat Naa is recommended for daily practice, for a minimum of 5 minutes per session.
What is Facial Stimulotherapy?

It is a method that relieves aches and pains by stimulating the reflex points on the face.
This method provides faster results than those obtained with foot or hand reflexology, as the face is very close to the brain and is equipped with numerous nerve endings. It centralizes all the body’s reflex zones and serves as an expressive mirror of pain.
Facial stimulotherapy is particularly effective in combating headaches, insomnia, fatigue, and eye pain. The Nouat Naa method also strengthens the immune system.

How to Use Nouat Naa
-
Take your time to sit as comfortably as possible.

-
Close your eyes and gently roll the Nouat Naa tool over the appropriate reflex points. Use small, slow, firm movements, moving back and forth, alternating between horizontal and vertical directions. On well-located and precisely targeted points, you can apply pressure with the stone (as shown in the photo on the right).

-
After 1 to 2 minutes of practice, imagine the regular and progressive improvement of your condition by visualizing the expulsion of pain or stress from your body. Orchestrate and program the benefits of the facial massage you are giving yourself by repeating and visualizing this improvement. Always state your affirmations in the present tense and positively. For example, don’t say, “I’m not in pain anymore,” but rather, “I’m feeling better and better.” Avoid saying, “I’m not tired anymore,” and instead say, “I’m full of vitality.”

-
Once your Nouat Naa session is complete, keep your eyes closed for a few minutes and remain relaxed before resuming your normal activities.
